Scraped Honey Tamarind Delight
- For 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons of honey
- 8 tamarind pods
- 2 cups of water
- 4 servings of ice frappe
Preparation:
- Rinse the tamarind pods and remove the shell. Extract the pulp and place it in a pot with water. Bring to a boil and, while stirring, add 2 tablespoons of honey. Mix perfectly, remove from heat and let cool.
- Put it in the refrigerator for a day. Pour the syrup over the ice frappe and drizzle with the remaining honey as a finishing touch.
Scraping Your Favorite Honey Mojito
- For 4 servings
Ingredients:
- 6 tablespoons of honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 10 organic mint leaves (optional: some more for garnish)
- 1 ¾ cup of water
- 4 servings of ice frappe
Preparation:
- Put the honey, water and mint leaves in a pot and bring to a boil. Mix to integrate all the ingredients and achieve an infusion of flavors. Remove from the fire and let cool.
- Pass the mixture through a strainer and add the lemon juice. Leave in the refrigerator until the next day. Pour the syrup over the frappe ice and add a little more honey.
